What Is Overthinking, Is this good for our health, How To stop It? (FULL DISCUSSION)

 If you are a overthinker and want to change your over thinking habit .So, just read it slowly, to understand it properly. I am 100% sure that after reading this article completely, your overthinking habit will end. I'll explain it in detail. 

 This is not a motivational article that charge you for some time and from next day you get normalHello guys I hope you all are well and trying their best to achieve their goals.

   Lets start without wasting much of your time,

                               WHAT IS OVERTHINKING?

,Overthinking : The art of creating problems that don't exist. means thinking too much. For example You had a fight with someone and you thinks again and again that how dare his/her to talk me like this or to take my phone and other nonsense reasons that affect our mind. 

 

                                      How do people Overthink?

                                                         


Most of the peoples overthink because of the reason that they are scared of the future that what will happen in future, Will our future bright or not, Will there any health issues in our future. As you know that stress is not good for our heart. Avoid drinking coffee and tea, they both contain stomach acids.



On the other hand, many people keep getting upset only by remembering their past. We can't change the past that has passed so, there is no need to getting upset by remembering your past. 

               

lets come back to our topic,

I want to share a fact with you guys, Do you know: It has been proven by scientific research that the human brain's storage capacity is virtually limitless. If you use your brain more than needed or overdo, then your brain's intelligence getting decreasing day by day. There is no need to get panic, I'll tell you a solution 👇

Use your mind as little as possible, you should use your mind only where it is needed no need  to waste in useless things. Use your mind in a limit. Water works as a fuel to our brain. Drink upto3.7ltr(15.5 cups)  water in a day. As you know that water provides energy to our brain helping to regulate stress and anxiety.

                                                                             


lets move to our main question that is,

             HOW TO STOP OVERTHINKING?

As a psychologist, I am not going to tell you any food which helps you to stop overthinking , exercise, meditation leaving all these, if your problem is still not solved, then I will tell you a perfect solution.
